According to Digitimes, the next generation Pine Trail platform, including the newer Atom N450 processor, will be delayed from a launch Q4 2009 to anywhere in the first half of next year, 2010.
The reason being is to allow the existing netbook market to settle. Current netbooks are selling hot. It’s estimated that sales will peak in Q3 this year and then drop off in Q4.
