Prepping the mini 10v for email on the cruise ship

Reading about the internet connection quality on a cruise ship I realised that I will need to do something about live web mail access if I want to escape from the boat with my mind and some cash… internet access charges are very high for very low throughput and reliability… try getting 2000 guest to share a 1mbps link and you get the picture.

So I decided to prep my mini with a copy of Google Chrome and activate offline mode.  It was rather painless and should provide for quick offline email writing and retreiving when I chose to.
