Easilly convert MKV to MP4 on OSX Snow Leopard without Transcoding the Video

I made s short screencast of how to convert those MKV files to MP4 files so they can play on XBOX 360, PS3 and Apple TV.

What ingredients will you need:

1. An HD MKV file (obviously)
2. Perian QuickTime codec
3. Subler
4. A QuickTime Pro License for Quicktime 7

1st, install Quicktime 7 from the Snow Leopard DVD and then license it.

I will try to find a way to extract and convert the audio without requiring Quicktime 7 Pro.  It really annoy the heck out of me to use QT 7 for this.  There must be an cheaper way to do this.
